The Multiple Franchise has the following features:

• It is suitable for franchisees who want to obtain three franchises simultaneously.

• Every one of the operation places keeps the same features as an individual franchise.

INDIVIDUAL

The FULL FRANCHISE (INDIVIDUAL) has the following features:

• Traditional franchise, offered to begin operations (startup) or to enter in an existent car repair shop as part of the network (conversion).

• It grants a territorial exclusivity, whose extension is determined according to the potential of the implantation area.

• The system is designed specifically for vehicles 7 years old or newer – nonexclusive.

• The identification of the franchisee’s business with the brand is complete; this acts as a full PDR repair center under cover of DENT MASTER commercial denomination.

• It is authorized to offer services on the place of the customer, sending technicians there, but it cannot send them out of the territory of exclusivity previously agreed with the franchiser, unless this had given explicit authorization for that.

• It will not be authorized the fulfillment of repairs under the traditional system in exclusive DENT MASTER Car Repair Shops.

• It requires at least two technicians and the franchisee or a person in charge of sales and management.

CONVERSION FRANCHISE

The Conversion Franchise has the following features:

• It implies the complete transformation of an already existent business into a place for the franchise to operate.

• The conditions of vehicular traffic in the area and those of the premises where the service center will be established must observe the norms established by Dent Master.

CORNER FRANCHISE

The Corner Franchise has the following features:

• It applies for companies or institutions which have direct contact with the target client of the franchise (end user of the service) and which incorporate this subunit as a complementary activity to their core business.

• The franchise takes advantage of its flow of public (traffic) to improve its commercial operation, offering services with added value and generating an increment of billing based on its original service and with a high level of external perception.

• The franchise cannot offer services sending technicians to the place of the customer.

• The franchise keeps its original trade name, but it must exhibit the brand identification specific of this franchise in an internal and external visible place.

• It requires at least a technician and a service consultant.
